For the past 17 years, Hilary has called Santa Barbara home. After attending the UCSB Fine Arts Program she knew she wasn’t going to leave. She began a career in event planning which overtime and with shared knowledge evolved into real estate. Her experience as an event planner taught the importance of meticulous detail, financial guidance, and managing complex family dynamics, which are crucial skills for real estate transactions.

Now as a real estate agent with many years of experience, the same client-first focus is brought to guiding first-time & experienced homebuyers/sellers through real estate transactions. Staying up-to-date with and educating clients on current real estate protocols is a priority to Hilary as this helps with clean negotiations. Overtime she has developed in-depth knowledge of Santa Barbara's neighborhoods and the lifestyles that partner with those communities.

Her eagerness to put her clients first above all else has helped her to see many happy outcomes in the home buying and selling process. She has also been trusted with helping clients heighten the design appeal of their homes prior to listing or daydream about what their new home can transform into. You can take the girl out of art school but you cant take a design eye out of the girl!
